Recognition, progress, and reflections
The advances that marked November and reinforce our commitment to public education.
Luiz Fernando is honored at the 2025 Equilibrista Award – IBEF São Paulo:

On November 26, our president and founder, Luiz Fernando Figueiredo, was honored at the 2025 Equilibrista Award – CFO of the Year, one of the most traditional distinctions of IBEF São Paulo, which recognizes outstanding leaders in financial management and their contribution to the country's economic development.
The honorees are selected by the IBEF board of directors and the award committee, based on careers that combine technical impact, strategic vision, and commitment to Brazil.
Luiz Fernando received the award alongside renowned professionals in the sector, reinforcing his role as a leading figure on the national stage.
For the Fefig Institute, it is a source of great pride to see our founder recognized for his career and dedication, values that also inspire the work we do in public education.

Management Committee in Corumbá:
On November 27, we held another essential meeting for the advancement of the Literacy Management Program / 360º Circuit in Corumbá.
Our executive superintendent, Mayor Dr. Gabriel, Secretary of Education Mabel, Deputy Secretary Gilson Pacola, the technical team from the Municipal Department of Education, and a representative from the Acaia Pantanal Institute, a funding partner for the initiative, all participated.
The committee assessed the progress of implementation, analyzed the first measurable results in the municipality, and promoted a rich debate on the next steps.
It was a decisive moment of planning and alignment, ensuring that the work remains solid and strengthened for 2026.
Meeting with Secretaries in Santa Catarina:
On November 11, our superintendent participated in the Meeting of the Collegiate Body of Municipal Secretaries of Education of the municipalities associated with GRANFPOLIS. Nineteen of the 22 municipalities were represented.

Giving Day 2025
This year, we participated in a campaign that mobilized people around a simple goal: to teach a child to read and write for only R$ 50 per school year.
We are delighted with the engagement of everyone who has joined this movement to raise awareness about the act of donating.
We invite our community to look at education with even greater sensitivity. Every child who reads, learns, and develops creates new paths, paths that impact families, communities, and the entire country.
More than numbers or goals, we celebrate solidarity, purpose, and the conscious choice to support causes that build the future.
We thank everyone who walks with us and believes, as we do, that education is the greatest instrument of social justice.
Donate your income tax
We reinforce a simple and transformative way to support public education: by allocating part of your income tax to our projects.
Individuals can allocate up to 6% of their income tax, and companies can also support us through the Rouanet Law, at no additional cost and with complete transparency.
It is a direct way to contribute so that more children have access to opportunities, learn at the right age, and build paths full of possibilities.
If you believe in the impact of education and want to strengthen initiatives that generate real results, consider making your donation this year.
Every gesture matters and can transform a child's future.
