Starting the year with strategy, recognition, and a real impact on public education.
2nd National Meeting of Technical Agents

Training, Strategy, and Local Context: Strengthening Basic Education
From January 26 to 30, we held the 2nd National Meeting of Technical Agents, a strategic forum for training, coordination, and the exchange of experiences, bringing together professionals from different regions to explore key practices and guidelines for improving public education.
The program addressed key themes central to the Institute’s work, such as Inclusive Education and Literacy, the Data Monitoring System in partnership with IAS, the Early Childhood Education Improvement Program, and Strategic Planning, thereby fostering an integrated approach that combines assessment, action, and results monitoring.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment to high-quality, evidence-based professional practice aimed at ensuring every child’s right to education.
Strategic Planning

Focus on Comprehensive Literacy
The 3rd Meeting of the Board of Directors marked the end of the year with a highly positive assessment of the activities carried out in 2025, acknowledging the institutional progress and the impact of the initiatives implemented during that period.
During the meeting, the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan was approved, which reinforces the Institute’s focus on Comprehensive Literacy, with a priority on Early Childhood Education and the Early Years of Elementary School.
The decision reinforces the institution’s commitment to comprehensive, sustainable, and equity-focused educational policies, guiding its activities in the coming years with strategic clarity and pedagogical purpose.
National Initiatives in Early Childhood Education
The Institute is participating in national debates on early childhood education
On December 10, 2025, the Institute’s executive superintendent attended the national seminar “Early Childhood Education: Assessment and Action, ” held in Brasília, which marked the launch of the National Commitment to Quality and Equity in Early Childhood Education.
The event brought together government officials, experts, and civil society organizations to discuss challenges, evidence, and strategies for strengthening early childhood education in the country, reaffirming its central role in children’s holistic development.
The Institute’s presence in this strategic space reinforces its coordinated efforts at the national level and its commitment to public policies that promote quality, equity, and impact starting in early childhood.

Partnerships that create lasting impact
Partnerships that turn small acts into a big impact
Our team visited the Fami Capital office to speak with employees and invite them to voluntarily sign up for the Nota Fiscal Paulista Program, designating Fefig as the beneficiary institution. In just two days, we received over 40 registrations. It’s a free, quick initiative where everyone wins! JiveMauá and Ford Brazil have already participated in this initiative. We are seeking recommendations for companies to participate in the coming months.
