What is the Project?
The Literacy Management Program is an initiative that provides technical support to municipal departments of education, with the goal of ensuring that all children become literate at the appropriate age—with quality and equity.
Three strategic pillars:
- Training for educators and school administrators
- Training sessions and working committees.
- Discussions on effective literacy strategies.
2. Management and monitoring of educational data
- Use of the Farol (IAS) Platform, which has now been reactivated through the partnership.
- Monthly literacy data by municipality.
3. “Side-by-side” support
- The technical staff of the Fefig Institute is always on hand.
- Visits, meetings, and support for educational decision-making.
Main Objective
Support municipal departments of education in implementing public literacy policies, working on three key fronts:
- Side-by-side technical support, ensuring the effectiveness of our actions;
- Continuing education for education professionals (teachers, coordinators, and administrators);
- Real-time data management and monitoring.

Support for decision-making using educational intelligence.
Analysis of data from the Farol Platform using Power BI dashboards developed by the Fefig Institute.

The partnership between the Fefig Institute and the Ayrton Senna Institute has made it possible to expand the reach and impact of the educational solution developed by the Ayrton Senna Institute, bringing the Farol Platform and the monitoring of indicators from the 360° Circuit/Literacy Management Program to more municipalities.
