About Us

We are an organization dedicated to making public education work in practice. Since 2018, we have impacted thousands of students and educators in different states across the country, with a commitment to generating concrete, measurable, and sustainable transformation.

We work with public school systems, schools, administrators, and educators to turn educational initiatives into tangible results, strengthening literacy, learning, and educational management. Our work focuses on where the challenges are greatest: in implementation, at the local level, and in the continuity of these efforts.

We work to ensure that public education is effective today, in the communities where we operate, and continues to make a difference in the future of every child we reach.

Vision

We want our initiatives and projects to become public policy and to raise the standard of basic education in Brazil, thereby inspiring and positively influencing the ecosystem of educational projects.

Mission

Our mission is to promote quality of life and the holistic development of children and adolescents in socially vulnerable situations, creating lasting impact and transformation.

Our Values

EVIDENCE: We want to know whether our efforts have worked as planned, which is why we always use clear and verifiable criteria for the projects we support.

LEGACY: We are always building a legacy; our work helps lay the groundwork for initiatives to thrive.

COMMITMENT: We take on initiatives with the goal of making them even better than they were before, and we always strive to help our partners grow.

EDUCATION: Our partners grow alongside us, and we grow alongside them; we always strive to build connections and relationships that enhance the quality of any kind of work.

What we do

Our work focuses on turning guidelines, policies, and good intentions into concrete actions within public schools and school districts. We are involved from the planning stage through to implementation, closely monitoring each step to ensure that the proposed solutions have a real impact.

  • We develop and implement projects that:
  • support public school systems in improving literacy and learning;
  • strengthen the work of educators and administrators through ongoing technical support;
  • promote the use of data and indicators to guide pedagogical and management decisions;
  • expand access for children and young people to more effective and equitable educational practices.

Our initiatives are developed by listening to the communities and analyzing local contexts. We work in partnership with education departments, schools, educators, and organizations, respecting the realities of each school district and seeking solutions that can be replicated and scaled with quality.

How we do it

The work of the Fefig Institute is guided by a systematic approach, a strong local presence, and a commitment to measurable results. What sets us apart is our qualified implementation, carried out in a continuous, structured, and data-driven manner.

Every project developed by Fefig follows a clear approach that ensures consistency, quality, and impact on a large scale.

Structured methodology

Our initiatives are based on technical assessments and a deep understanding of each educational context. We establish clear objectives, action strategies, and performance indicators from the outset, ensuring that all actions are linked to concrete results.

Implementation in the region

Fefig works directly with school districts and schools, closely monitoring the implementation of projects. We work side by side with administrators, educators, and technical teams, supporting processes, guiding decisions, and adjusting strategies whenever necessary. Our ongoing presence in the community is a central part of our work.

Technical support and training

We provide ongoing technical support to help build local capacity. Through training sessions, meetings, practical guidance, and ongoing support, we help educators and administrators take ownership of these strategies and move forward independently.

Monitoring and indicators

All projects have defined indicators and are subject to systematic monitoring of results. We use data to guide decisions, assess progress, and identify opportunities for improvement throughout implementation. Transparency and evidence-based decision-making are integral to our institutional culture.

High-quality scale

Fefig operates with a focus on scale, without compromising on quality. We develop operational models that can be replicated in different contexts, while respecting local specificities and ensuring methodological consistency. Our goal is to expand our impact in a sustainable and responsible manner.
