Alignment and Implementation of the Early Childhood Education Improvement Program
February was filled with strategic meetings with representatives from 18 municipalities in the Greater Florianópolis area, all of whom are involved in our Early Childhood Education Improvement Program. In partnership with LEPES at USP – Ribeirão Preto, we are laying the groundwork to benefit approximately 20,000 children by providing performance indicators, technical support, and quality management for early childhood education in our region.

Conference of Municipal Networks of Partners in Education
Our participation in the Alvorada do Amanhã Convention was marked by inspiring meetings with representatives from our partner networks. Superintendent (Bartholomeu) shared a valuable tip:
“Be pragmatic and dare to set challenging goals that inspire engagement, but make sure they’re achievable! View the partnership not merely as a series of training sessions and assessments, but as a catalyst for the structural changes that networks must undergo to achieve better results. Don’t be afraid of conflict if it’s necessary to ensure better teaching and learning processes!”

Visit by Inclub members to the Fefig Institute
We were delighted to welcome the members of Inclub, a project dedicated to people with intellectual disabilities. The visit was part of the “Expanding Horizons” course, providing a practical and enriching experience for the students. It was heartwarming to share our daily lives with them and inspire these young people for the future.
