Special Edition – 2023 Retrospective
In 2023, we reached the milestone of 52,586 students, aged 0 to 14 years old. Since our foundation in 2018, we have already served 144,833 students.
Our work focused on the development of early childhood education, literacy at the right age, and the provision of adequate eye care for children in partner networks.
We contributed to improving the quality of early childhood education in a municipality in northeastern Brazil, impacting 2,511 children aged 0 to 5 years old.
We work directly to promote literacy among 47,625 children in 45 municipalities, including 17 in the Northeast, 15 in the South, 11 in the North, and 2 in the Southeast.
In addition, we provide quality eye care to 8,215 students from eight municipalities in Rio Grande do Norte and one in São Paulo, of which 5,397 were screened, 1,339 underwent consultations with an ophthalmologist, and 1,138 received their glasses free of charge from the Fefig Institute.
